  I visited the groom room today with my Frenchie and had a great experience. Rihanna was amazing—she was so patient, gentle, and really good with my dog, especially during the nail clipping. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she works with. Everything was handled professionally and with care. Highly recommend—definitely a 5⭐️ service!

  The most unprofessional, incompetent staff, except Ruby. My puppy had a lovely groom there last month with Ruby looking after my puppy. So, I thought I’d be loyal to The Groom Room Uxbridge and return for all of my dog’s future grooms. I won’t ever be returning again. I booked this appointment around work and other commitments, yet got TOLD not ASKED by text they had moved my appointment: “Good morning, We have had to move Meeko's appointment to 1pm for this Friday, see you both then :)” This was outright rude and unprofessional, and I replied one minute later to say this was not possible due to work, and that we would need to keep the appointment’s original time. I also called the store but didn’t get a call back until days later. I then got a text a few HOURS later, saying it had been moved to 1pm?! "Hi there, this is Pets Grooming Uxbridge We're really looking forward to seeing you and Meeko on 26/09/2025 @ 13:00. If you can't make it for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. Don't forget we recommend not applying any spot-on products to Meeko from today until at least 3 days after their groom. If you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this message. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation." Again, I replied and said that they needed to reply to my message and call about leaving the appointment at the original time. Ruby then informed me this was due to the ‘store manager moving it because they think they know best’. I don’t know how a store manager would deem this as acceptable behaviour as it messed around customers and felt bad for Ruby having to deal with such incompetence. She assured me the appointment would be at 12pm as originally planned. Despite her also seeing on the system it had been moved again to 11.30am. We arrived at 12pm today (Friday 26 September) to a messy and unclean Groom Room, with clumps of fur everywhere – including through the store. We handed Meeko over, but he did not go in until after 1pm. We were then called at 13:11 to collect Meeko from his groom. We got there at 13:14 as we were down the road in Costa waiting. When we got there we were met with a miserable member of staff, a blonde girl. My puppy is usually quite hyper and excited but he was hiding in a corner and I soon saw he was stood in a huge puddle of his own wee that she'd left him in behind her. His lead also had wee all over it and she simply said 'he's done 3 wees'. He's a 6-month-old puppy, and other groomers have said this is a normal reaction for a puppy during grooming. On top of this, she said next time be on time I'm now late for my break. We came the minute we got the call to collect him, as we did the last time we visited. I told her this and she said 'that's not the time his groom was due to end'. I informed her that last time he finished long after we arrived and wasn't brought out for at least 6-8 minutes. I also informed her that he went in late and I expected him to start late as the grooming area was a mess and still being prepped. The amount of attitude was shocking given how much we had been messed about. The blonde girl – not Ruby – seems to be miserable and does not seem fit to work around animals. To top it off, I'd explicitly asked for my puppy's hygiene area to be focused on as he sometimes gets his mess on himself when he goes to the toilet due to the length of the fur. I was assured they would do this. He's since been to the toilet and his fur is already dirty. I will not be returning to this branch again and am disgusted by the level of service we received.

  I would like to say a huge thank you to Elaine for her excellent work!She left my fur ball looking amazing and so clean!She has done exactly the way I expected the style of the grooming to be . I was very impressed with the high quality of the service . I wil definitely use again . Thank you so much Elisabeth

  Good service:) nice people :) just hard to book in sometimes as there so busy :) But always listen to my pets needs and my wants so that’s why I always go back :)
